CALL FOR TENDER

Malteser International is an INGO working in Pakistan since 2005, and currently operational in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Sindh provinces. Malteser International implements projects in Health, Nutrition, Livelihoods, WASH and Disaster Risk Reduction. Malteser International is looking for vendors/contractors for acquiring medicines, and consumable items for its field office in Peshawar-KP.

a)      Interested Suppliers can also collect the detailed bidding documents from below mentioned address or requesting through an email not later than 7^th August 2024 from Monday to Friday during working hours (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM). The Sealed bid & proper profile & questionnaire form of the vendor should be submitted on the following address not later than 19^th August 2024 till 5:00 PM. The tender committee will open the sealed bids on 20^th August 2024 at 11:00 AM in the presence of you/your nominated representative.

d)      Quotation submission criterion:

• The Vendor/Firm/Company must be registered in Pakistan; (having a valid drug license).
• The supplier/firm must have an NTN and GST number (last three year’s taxation documents must be attached) 
•  All applicable taxes by the government of Pakistan/government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa must be added in the cost.
• Company complete profile must be submitted.
• Recent/Updated Bank Statement for last six-month is mandatory.
• The questionnaire shared by Malteser International must be duly filled and attached with the quotation.
• Quotation must be submitted on the quotation request form shared by Malteser International.
• Rates for all items and as per their quantities required by Malteser International must be quoted.

The awarding will be fulfilled by the supplier/Company and Client (Malteser International), based on the following criteria.

1)       Best price/offer.

2)       Technical references.

3)       Working Experience in KP province and particularly within the NGO sector (attach proof/evidence working with NGOs).

4)       Capability and ability of the bidder (technical/professional/financial) to carry out the awarded work within the agreed timeframe.

5)       License to sell pharmaceutical products.

6)       Recognized by the respective national drug authority.

7)       Comply with the World Health Organization Good Warehousing Practices/Guidelines.

8)       Comply with ISO certification 9001/EN46001 or ISO 9002/EN46002, in respect to medical equipment.

9)       Respect and monitor the cold chain all along the transport for temperature -sensible products.
