Relevant Experience:

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or ACCA/ICMA/CA preferred.
• 6-8 years of experience in financial management or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations.
• Proficiency in financial software and MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Experience in M&A, corporate finance, etc. is a plus.
