Position Objectives:

He/ She will be based at Islamabad and will assist Manager Youth & Volunteer  in effective and efficient implementation of Y&V Program.

S.No

Specific Duties, Responsibilities, and Accountabilities: 

      1.            

Assist in mobilization, recruitment, training, organization and supervising volunteers and youth groups in the light of objectives of youth and volunteer policy formulated at Provincial level.

      2.            

Assist Manager in Planning and budgeting of annual activities for youth and volunteers at national level.

      3.            

Preparation and submission of financial and activity reports in accordance with time schedule.

      4.            

Coordination with Provincial and District Branches, School, Colleges, Universities, Health departments, Education department & other government and nongovernment agencies to recruit and mobilize volunteers ( including establishment of Junior/Youth Clubs) and to ensure Successful implementation of Y&V Program at Provincial Branch.

      5.            

Conduct training of volunteers in DM ,FA, Response etc. with support of concerned Department & staff.

      6.            

Retain and organize youth engagement plans, youth development plans.

      7.            

Close coordination with national, provincial and district branches , schools, college, universities to ensure successful implementation of youth activities.

      8.            

Analyze & Maintain computerize data base of volunteers at Provincial level.

      9.            

Assist Manager Y&V in preparation of proposals, appeals and projects

  10.            

Support & Program Officer Y & V in  Youth Initiatives for youth Development to strengthen the department 

  11.            

Keep record of all volunteer and engage them in different activities , programs and project as per requirement.

  12.            

Coordinate establishment of Y&V Task Force and ensure capacity building activities for volunteers.

  13.            

Perform other duties and functions as entrusted from time to time.

  14.          

Follow up with the District branches for completion of their branch level & district level activities.

Support in Celebration of special days.

Qualification and Experience

Masters degree in Social Sciences/ Management Sciences/ Development Studies/Project Management from HEC Recognized Institution.

3 Years relevant experience in  a reputed organization

Preference will be given to candidates having working experience of Managing Youth & Volunteer Projects
