Normeca International AS Is Seeking A Skilled And Dedicated General Surgeon To Join Our Team On A Part-Time Basis. This Role Is Essential In Our Mission To Provide High-Quality Surgical Care To The Rural Areas Of Pakistan. The Successful Candidate Will Be Responsible For Performing A Variety Of Surgical Procedures And Ensuring Comprehensive Patient Care Before, During, And After Surgery.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform A Range Of General Surgical Procedures, Ensuring The Highest Standards Of Care.
Assess Patients’ Medical Conditions And Determine Appropriate Surgical Interventions.
Collaborate With Anesthesiologists, Nurses, And Other Healthcare Professionals To Plan And Execute Surgical Procedures.
Monitor Patients' Conditions Throughout Surgery And Manage Any Complications That Arise.
Provide Pre-Operative And Post-Operative Care, Including Patient Consultations And Follow-Up Appointments.
Maintain Accurate And Detailed Medical Records And Documentation.
Adhere To All Surgical Protocols, Safety Standards, And Regulations.
Educate Patients And Their Families On Surgical Procedures, Recovery Processes, And Postoperative Care.
Stay Updated With Advancements In Surgical Techniques And Best Practices.
Participate In Continuous Medical Education And Professional Development Opportunities.

Qualifications:

Medical Degree From An Accredited Institution.
Valid Medical License To Practice As A General Surgeon.
Proven Experience As A General Surgeon.
Strong Knowledge Of General Surgical Procedures, Techniques, And Safety Protocols.
Excellent Manual Dexterity And Physical Stamina.

Strong Problem-Solving And Decision-Making Skills.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Ability To Work Effectively Under Pressure And In Emergency Situations.
Compassionate And Patient-Focused Approach.
Proficiency In English Is An Advantage.
Willingness To Work In Non-Standard Conditions In Rural Areas.
