Action Against Hunger invites you to submit a “QUOTATION” for the Construction/Installation of Latrines in various flood-affected districts. The project BOQs and a list of districts are attached for your reference. Please ensure that your submitted quote includes all applicable taxes, transportation, and materials, as this will be for a one-year framework agreement.

Moreover, kindly specify the terms and conditions of payment. Action Against Hunger prefers payment upon completion of the delivery via cross cheque, after the deduction of all applicable taxes.

The RFQ should be filled out with complete terms and conditions, and all registration documents should be attached. Please ensure that all pages, including the ACF Terms and Conditions of Purchase, are properly stamped and signed.

Submit the RFQ in Excel format, along with a scanned, signed, and stamped copy on your company’s letterhead, before September 11, 2024 via email to [email protected], with [email protected] in cc.
