Relevant Experience:

- Proven experience as a calibration technician or inspector (typically 2-5 years).
- Experience with a wide range of calibration equipment and techniques.
- Familiarity with industry standards (e.g., ISO/IEC 17025, ANSI/NCSL Z540).

- Associate's or bachelor's degree in engineering, electronics, metrology, or a related field (preferred).

Job Description:

   - Certification from a recognized body (e.g., ASQ Certified Calibration Technician, NIST Certification) is often preferred or required.

- Strong understanding of measurement science and calibration principles.
- Proficiency in using calibration software and tools.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and dimensional calibration.

- Ability to lift and carry moderately heavy equipment.
- Fine motor skills for handling small tools and instruments.
- Good vision (with or without corrective lenses) for detailed work.
