Job Description of Field Sales Engineer:-

• Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to existing and prospective customers
• Coordination with clients with respect to all the equipment/products being sold under Company’s umbrella.
• Give introduction presentations to the customer regarding the equipment as well as providing demos to give hands on experience to the customer as and when required.
• Continuous follow ups with customers and in-house department from raising sales order, purchase order, delivery orders till invoicing both from client as well as vendor.
• Providing after sales technical as well as training support to the customers as and when required.
• Proper filing of all the document related to different clients and products starting from sales till project completion
• Preparing project reports for HOD
• Assisting department head as well as completing different tasks assigned by HOD.
• Attending online trainings related to products being sold under Company’s umbrella.
• Recommend improved materials or machinery to customers, showing how changes will lower costs or increase production
• Establish customer rapport and acceptance.
• Stay knowledgeable regarding updates in science and research by continuing to read and study new data
•  Acquire new customers by winning them over from competitors and discovering new opportunities
