A developmental organization working for Child well-being, Women Empowerment and Community Development in different areas of Pakistan intends to hire an experienced firm/consultant in designing and production of our Combined Annual Report for the years 2023 and 2024. This report will be a critical communication tool for our stakeholders, showcasing our acheivements, strategic initiatives, and commitment to sustainability through community development.

A.    Objective:

To produce a high-quality, engaging, and informative annual report that showcases our organizational programatic achievements, case stories, and future outlook.

B.    Scope of Work:

• Design and layout
• Content development and editing
• Printing and production

C.    Attachements:

• Company Profile must include:
  • Proven experience in content writing, designing and producing corporate annual reports.
  • Portfolio showcasing previous work.
• Proposal on the company letterhead (all proposed costs must be inclusive of all govt taxes)
• National Tax Number

D.    Requirements:

• Detailed proposal outlining approach, timeline, and costs.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines.

E.     Submission Guidelines:

Please submit your proposal, including all required information by Wednesday, 27th September 2024.

Application process and deadline: 

Soft copies of documents as mentioned in Section “C” supporting the eligibility as defined in Section “F” must be submitted online by or before Friday, 27th September 2024. No late submissions shall be entertained. In case organizations submits incomplete documents (missing any of the required documents and information) the submission will not be considered for further processing. 

NOTE: The proposals will be subject to screening and evaluation based on our criteria and only short-listed firms/consultants will be contacted for further process. Please note that this proposal does not entail any commitment to award a contract on the part of the organization or bear any cost subject to the submission of the proposals. The organization reserves the right to accept or reject all or any proposal without assigning any reason what so ever.
