Teletaleem is seeking an enthusiastic HR Officer who will handle HR operations effectively having a relevant experience of 1-2 years.

Responsibilities:

· Assist in end to end recruitment cycle

· Screening and shortlisting candidates

· Conducting recruitment interviews and recording them accordingly

· Facilitating newcomers joining formalities. Maintain Accurate and up to date record of new joiners.

· Handling attendance and monthly payroll of employees.

· Preparing and sending contracts to new Joiners

Skills and Experience:

· Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR or related field

· Effective written and communication skills

· Having strong interpersonal skills; must be a quick learner

Timings: 9:00 am-5:15 pm

Location:  I-9/3 Industrial Area, Islamabad
