A Masters degree in Human Resources or an equivalent level of qualification. Relevant certifications/diplomas would be an added advantage. 05 years of experience in overseeing HR operations, including employee lifecycle processes, HR policies and procedures, compliance with employment laws, and HR record-keeping. 05 years of experience in providing support to senior HR personnel in accordance with policies and established procedures.Atleast 08 years of experience in human resource management with atleast 03 years in a Manager position. Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR policies, ensuring compliance and consistency across the organization. Strong communication skills to effectively communicate HR policies, initiatives, and changes to employees and stakeholders. Expertise in executing effective recruitment strategies, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. Implementing performance management systems, conducting performance evaluations, and fostering employee growth and development. Knowledge of HR information systems (HRIS), and other HR tools to streamline processes. Max Age 50 Years.
