Research and Development Solutions (RADS) Islamabad intends to engage a service provider for the installation of an office security alarm system. The project includes the complete installation of the system, along with all required materials, as outlined in the attached scope of work. Additionally, we require a yearly service contract for maintaining the security alarm system.
We kindly request you to submit a detailed financial proposal, broken down as follows:
- Cost for installation and materials: Provide the total cost for the complete installation of the security alarm system, inclusive of all materials required.
- Yearly service contract cost: Include a separate cost estimate for annual maintenance and support services for the system.
