The Foundation is seeking the services of a Program Officer. The position is located at the Foundation Country office in Islamabad.

Minimum Experience Required: |
A minimum of 5 years of experience in INGO/NGO or donor-funded programs is required. Candidates with experience working in Rule of Law programming will be given priority consideration. |

Minimum Computer Skills Required: |
Essential to advanced proficiency in digital tools and platforms relevant to the role, including but not limited to productivity software (e.g., Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace), email and communication platforms, and the ability to adapt to new technologies and systems as needed. |

Any Preferences: |
- Strong organizational and coordination skills. - Basic knowledge of Pakistan's legal system and gender equality issues. - Proficiency in writing reports and communicating effectively in English and Urdu. - Familiarity with project management tools and financial tracking. |
Position: Program Officer
JOB FUNCTIONS:
A hardworking individual is needed to work on a project focused on improving women's roles in Pakistan's judiciary.
A commitment to gender equality, social inclusion, and respect for cultural diversity is integral to this role.
Primary duties and responsibilities:
- Support the senior team members in the implementation of designated program tasks and deliverables.
- Assist in coordinating project interventions, project outputs and outcomes, and overall project direction.
- Provide support for effective reporting of activities and other updates from the program areas and implementors/grantees.
- Collect project data, coordinate with project partners, and stakeholders report the progress of activities based on approved work.
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor progress against timelines and provide regular updates to the team.
- Provide support in developing project documentation, including progress reports, partner reporting, data records, identifying success stories, concept notes, etc.
General Responsibilities:
- Support the Program Manager and Program Implementation Lead in meetings and stakeholder communication.
- Participate in the organization of dissemination and facilitation of events as required.
- To support the program team in identifying and building partnerships with key stakeholders i.e. academia, government, and the development community for information exchange and collaboration
- Need to have working knowledge of international organization’s compliance processes, and hard and soft data management.
- Demonstrates willingness to learn, ability to foresee challenges, and ability to work under pressure.
- Work closely with the Program Manager and finance section to process implementing partner’s and consultant’s payments and related compliance documents.
- Demonstrates strong proficiency in well-established and effective digital skills.
