Job Description:

Strengthening Participatory Organisations (SPO) is the Resource Partner for Aawaz II. SPO is seeking to hire short term External Master Facilitators for delivery of capacity building sessions in Aawaz II districts on module for Aawaz Change Agents (ACAs) and provide mentoring support to the ACAs for planning and implementation of their Social Action projects (SAPs) around Aawaz II priority areas and groups. Prior to delivering the sessions, the External Master Facilitators will be attending Training of Trainers (ToTs) on ACAs module under the Aawaz II programme in Islamabad.

Scope of Work:

 Each External Master Facilitator will participate in a ToT on ACA module in Islamabad and be responsible for successful delivery of session in allocated districts as per mutually agreed plan. S/he will also be providing mentoring support to ACAs they have sessions with. The contract of External Master Facilitator with SPO will be based on deliverables.

Main Responsibilities:

• Participate in a five-day ToT on ACA module in Islamabad.
• Implement ACA module and sessions with ACAs in Aawaz II districts and ensure quality delivery of training content.
• Guide and mentor ACAs during Social Action Projects (SAP) planning and implementation including designing and formulation of SAPs relevant to the thematic areas of Aawaz II, as needed.
• Provide detailed feedback during planning stages to improve outreach and execution of SAPs at the village level.
• Conduct follow up sessions and meetings with ACAs to ensure that the guidance provided during the mentoring sessions is executed by ACAs during implementation.
• Provide reports of all activities 

Deliverables:

• Participation and successful completion of five-day ToTs on ACA module in Islamabad
• Delivery of three 4-day sessions with ACAs in assigned districts as per the mutually agreed schedule.
• Completion of mentoring support to ACAs at planning and implementation stages. (at least three sessions with participants of each session)
• Provision of reports of all activities
