PRE-QUALIFICATION OF SUPPLIERS/VENDORS/CONTRACTORS for year 2025-26

An International NGO invites applications for pre-qualification from well-established Govt. registered suppliers, manufactures, vendors and contractors having National Tax Number (NTN) registration and GST registration (where applicable) for the following Categories:

1. General Order Supplier
2. Printing & Advertisement
3. Shelter/ non-food items (NFI)
4. Food

Attachment:  1. Vendor Questionnaire / Declaration form duly filled sign and stamp.

Required Document Must be in the following sequence.

NO NEED TO SUBMIT ONLY PROFILE IN BOOK FORMATE            

1. Company complete profile.
2. Separate set of copy for Non-food items Purchase order amounting 4 million PKR for the period 2020-2024 (minimum 06).
3. Separate set of copy for Non-food items Purchase order of any amount for the period 2020-2024 (minimum 10).
4. Bank statement
5. Last 3 years annual income tax return.
6. Annex declaration to be filled.

INGO reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications and to cancel the entire pre-qualification process, at any time without assigning any reason.
