JOB PURPOSE: 

The incumbent shall be responsible for community mobilization and enrolment of youth in different training programs under the project. He/She will also responsible to take follow up and coordiatio9n with parents/guardians about the regularity of the youth in daily training sessions.

 Key Responsibilities & Tasks

• Establish Initial contact with youth for introduction of project.
• Ensure the induction of targeted marginalized trainees as per set target.
• Collect necessary baseline information about the target community and area.
• Mobilize and motivate the youth to actively participate in trainings and acquired skills for economic empowerment.
• Ensure timely support to the training and placement staff for smooth implementation of the project activities.
• Conduct social survey as and when required or asked by the management.
• To deal with community as front-line contact and provide full support to the training, placement and admin staff for smooth implementation of the project.
• Develop and maintain all necessary documentation and record of all project activities.
• Develop relevant information as required by project coordinator and project team.
• Develop marketing Intelligence information and suggest workable solutions to increase the intake.
• Any other task assigned by supervisor.

Required Qualification and Experience

• Minimum education Should be Graduation in any Discipline.
• Minimum three-year experience in social mobilization
• Good verbal and written communication
• Command on MS office
• Fluency in Pashto
