Internship Program

Research and Development Solutions (RADS)

Duration:

[2 months], with possibility of extension based on performance and project needs.

Eligibility Criteria:

Education:
- Enrolled in or recently completed a Master’s degree (MS/MPhil) in Economics, Public Health, Data Science, or a related field.

Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Stata and/or R
- Experience handling large datasets
- Familiarity with survey data analysis (e.g., PDHS, PSLM, MICS)

Interpersonal Skills:
- Strong interest in learning and applying new research methods
- Open to feedback and collaboration
- Demonstrates professionalism, good conduct, and a positive attitude

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in data cleaning, management, and analysis for ongoing research projects
- Support the team in producing visualizations, summaries, and policy briefs
- Conduct literature reviews and contribute to documentation/reporting
- Attend internal meetings and present findings as required
- Uphold ethical standards and data confidentiality

Supervision & Reporting:

Interns will report to Research Manager and receive guidance from the RADS Data and Research team.

Learning Opportunities:

Interns will gain hands-on experience in real-world development research, exposure to policy-relevant datasets, and mentoring from senior analysts.
