- To supervise and monitor greenhouse/hydroponic system and its O&M (NFT, Dutch bucket, and vertical system).
- Optimizing system performance, from design and setup through nutrient management, water efficiency and address the troubleshooting.
- Specilised in in offering customized nutrient solutions for different crops in the hydroponic system
- Advise om maximize water usage efficiency and managing pH levels to control nutrient uptake
- Conduct hands on training courses in the operation and maintenance of the hydroponics systems like plant biology, system types, nutrient management, and IPM.
- Selection and application of suitable seeds, and establishment of nursery and shifting of plants in to the circular hydroponic and Dutch bucket systems,
- Coordinate and assist hydroponics systems engineer/expert for setting up new hydroponic systems where required
