Provision of Dental Equipment for Vulnerable Children in Islamabad & Punjab
Action For Humanity (AFH), an international NGO operating in Pakistan since April 2023, invites sealed bids from registered firms/suppliers for the supply of dental materials, equipment for its Dental Health Project in Islamabad and Punjab, Pakistan.
The procurement aims to enhance dental healthcare services for vulnerable children by ensuring access to high-quality dental supplies. The required items must comply with local regulatory standards, including registration with tax authorities and drug regulatory bodies. All supplied must have a minimum validity of two years from the date of delivery to maximize benefit and outreach.

Bid Submission Requirements
Bidders are required to submit both Technical and Financial bids. The financial proposal must include all applicable taxes and remain valid for 30 days from the date of submission.
