Qualification: 

  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution with Patwar Course or equivalent training in land/revenue systems.

Experience: 

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in land field work, preferably with exposure to liaison with Revenue Department and Government Institutes and exposure of land demarcation, measurement, and assessment.

Skills:

  • Knowledge of revenue terminology, records, and field documentation.
  • Basic understanding of land types and classification.
  • Familiarity with mutation, partition, and rent/revenue-related reports.
  • Proficient in MS Office and basic database management for maintaining land records.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work in the field and handle physical land inspections.
  • Report writing and map revision capability.

Duties and Responsibilities:.

  • Maintain and update Company’s land database and physical records.
  • Liaise with revenue department and other government institutes for land matters.
  • Assist in field inspections, surveys, and demarcation of land.
  • Measure and assess land type and area.
  • Keep records of landowners, tenants and changes in land use or ownership.
  • Prepare and revise maps, land reports and documentation related to mutation, rent, or partitions.
  • Support in handling land disputes, documentation and other legal matters.
  • Assist in verification and reconciliation of land documents and title records.
