Zakat Foundation of America (ZFA) is a non-profit organization dedicated to serving humanity and alleviating poverty. We are seeking proposals from qualified healthcare service providers to conduct one day health screening camps for 200 children in District Rawalpindi and Attock.

Objective:

The objective of this RFP is to select a reputable healthcare service provider to conduct comprehensive health screening camps for children in the specified districts. The screenings will include:

1. General physical check-up
2. Complete Blood Picture (CBP)
3. Hepatitis B screening
4. Other essential health tests (as deemed necessary by the healthcare provider)

Scope of Work:

The selected service provider will be responsible for:

1. Conducting health screening camps in District Rawalpindi and Attock
2. Providing qualified medical staff, equipment, and logistics
3. Conducting comprehensive health screenings, including laboratory tests
4. Providing timely and accurate test results
5. Ensuring proper documentation and reporting

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in conducting health screening camps
2. Qualified medical staff and necessary equipment
3. Ability to conduct laboratory tests, including CBP and Hepatitis B screening( Qualified/trusted dignosetic 
4. Strong logistical and organizational capabilities
