CBM International is inviting sealed quotations from reputable and eligible vendors for the supply, installation, and commissioning of an Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) system for its office based in Islamabad, Pakistan.

Estimated Load Requirements:

The UPS system will be used to provide backup for essential office equipment. Below is the updated estimated load assessment:

The vendors need to quote load capacity is 6 kVA. For future scalability, vendors are advised to propose a UPS system that can support up to 8 kVA. The system should be configured to operate with dry batteries to ensure maintenance-free and reliable performance. A minimum of 8 hours backup time is required under full load conditions.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Valid business registration/license

• NTN/GST registration

• At least 3 years of experience in UPS supply and installation

• Proven track record of similar projects (attach references)

•   SLA service providers/vendors will be requested to share their relevant experience.

• Preference will be given to rate quotations based on KVA specifications.

Submission Guidelines:

• Quotation should be submitted in sealed envelope and  via official email 

• All prices must be quoted in PKR, inclusive of all applicable taxes

• The quotation should clearly mention delivery time, payment terms, and warranty period

• Quotation must be valid for a minimum of 30 days
