INVITATION TO BIDS

ITB Reference: PSH-150-25

A national non-governmental, non-profit organization invites sealed bids from reputable and qualified firms, registered with tax authorities and possessing sufficient technical and financial capabilities, for the procurement of stationery, groceries, and hygiene items for its offices located in various areas of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Terms & Conditions:

1. Interested bidders are required to request the detailed ‘invitation to bid document’ electronically by sending an email to [email protected] no later than 12:00 pm on May 31^st, 2025.
2. Both technical and financial proposals (separately sealed, signed, stamped) must reach the designated address through courier or by hand no later than 4:00 PM on Jun 5^th, 2025.
3. The bidder will be required to submit PKR 50,000 amount as security in the shape of a Demand Draft / Pay Order within due date as part of the financial bid.
4. If the bids fail to meet the technical or financial criteria and are disqualified, the bid security will not be forfeited and will be returned to the bidder.
5. Bidders must complete all provided forms in their entirety. Incomplete submissions will result in automatic disqualification of the bid.
6. Bidders that provide false or inaccurate information will be disqualified at any point during the tendering process.
7. The Procurement Committee reserves the right to cancel or reject any or all bids without assigning any reasons.
