 Qualifications & Experience: 

  • Bachelors (preferably in business administration, Commerce, public administration)
  • Minimum 3 years of Office Management experience, preferably in NGO Sector. 
  • Knowledge of Security Protocols is essential (both at local level & for foreign delegations). 
  • Strong administrative and logistical skills.  
  • Fluency in English and Urdu. 

Major Role & Responsibilities:

  • The Office In charge will responsible for overall administrative, logistics & Security matters of Islamabad Office. 
  • Oversee Daily Office Operations and coordinate with Head Office regarding all operational activities of Islamabad Office. 
  • Manager administrative duties in timely manner and facilitate the ISB Office Team in their operational activities. 
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings, events and conferences 
  • Arrange and manage logistical support to team. 
  • Responsible for Facility Management (maintenance, housekeeping, repairs, refreshments)
  • Responsible for the arrangement and maintenance of Inventory. 
  • Ensure Office Safety & Security protocols
  • Monitor access control and surveillance
  • Respond to security incidents
