REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL – PROCUREMENT OF SPORTS KITS
Ref No: FWA/RFP/SK/06/2025
A non-profit, non-governmental local organization based in District Mansehra invites sealed quotations / proposals from reputable and eligible vendors, firms, or suppliers for the supply of 50 complete sports kits.
Each sports kit must include the following items of high-quality products. Samples will be checked / collected from selected supplier before issuance of purchase order.

Terms & Conditions
- Vendors must quote per unit price for each item listed in the sports kit. The final purchase quantity will be determined by the organization.
- Shortlisted Vendor/s will submit the samples before issuance of PO.
- Prices must be quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and shall be inclusive of all applicable taxes, duties, and transportation costs up to the delivery location (Battagram & Mansehra).
- All quotations must remain valid for a minimum of 30 calendar days from the submission deadline.
- Delivery of 50 complete sports kits must be made within 10 – 15 working days from issuance of the purchase order.
- Delivery location: delivery to both Mansehra & Battagram Districts, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
- All items must conform strictly to the specifications provided in the RFQ. Any substandard, damaged, or non-compliant items will be rejected at the vendor’s cost.
- Quotations must be typed, signed, and stamped properly.
- Quotations containing calculation errors, omissions, or incomplete information will be rejected.
- Payment will be made via crossed cheque within 15 working days after successful delivery and inspection of goods.
- No advance payment will be made.
- The organization reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations without assigning any reason.
Vendor Eligibility Criteria & Documents Required
To qualify, vendors must meet the following minimum requirements and provide supporting documents:
- Valid business registration certificate with relevant authorities.
- National Tax Number (NTN) registration & STRN registration.
- Proof of Active Taxpayer Status (ATL) from FBR.
- Short company/firm profile highlighting experience in supply of sports goods, school supplies, or related items.
- Evidence of previous similar contracts/orders (preferably with NGOs, INGOs, or schools).
- Verifiable physical office/shop address with contact details.
- Active business-titled bank account (not any personal account).
- Sealed quotation on company letterhead, signed and stamped.
