Job Description:
- Supervise and provide technical support to 8 FCs to ensure facilitation centres operate effectively and achieve planned targets.
- Conduct regular visits to all FC locations to monitor progress, provide guidance, and resolve operational challenges.
- Ensure effective cooperation from district-level stakeholders, including health departments, BISP, WFP, and Medical Superintendents of relevant hospitals.
- Track programme milestones, challenges, and achievements for both internal and external reporting.
- Ensure accurate documentation of lessons learned, best practices, and case studies for programme improvement and future planning.
- Review, consolidate, and ensure submission of Monthly Distribution Reports (MDR) and regular progress reports from all FCs and relevant project teams before deadlines.
- Work with M&E teams to strengthen monitoring systems, ensure data accuracy, and enhance programme effectiveness.
- Identify gaps and recommend strategies for improved performance and service delivery at FCs.
- Represent ACT International at divisional-level meetings, forums, and events, presenting programme insights and learning outcomes.
- Foster strong working relationships with government and non-government counterparts to facilitate programme delivery.
- Support the development of public engagement materials, including success stories, case studies, and digital content to showcase programme impact.
- Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the supervisor or management of ACT International.
- COMPETENCIES:
- Master degree in a relevant discipline e.g., Health and Nutrition, Social Sciences,
- Minimum 2 years proven experience
- Excellent organizational skills with demonstrated ability to work independently
- Strong analytical and practical problem-solving skills
- Computer literacy skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook;
- A team player but also capable of working with minimal supervision.
- Must have knowledge of health and nutrition projects
- Must know about PSEA
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
- Patient and pays high degree of attention to detail
