General mission
To support the Human Resources and Administration functions through efficient documentation, data entry, and coordination tasks, contributing to the smooth operation of HR processes and compliance with organizational standards.
Missions / responsibilities
SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES:
- Ensure timely and accurate support to the HR Department by assisting in daily administrative and personnel-related tasks, including:
- Maintain and update physical and digital staff personnel files.
- Compile and manage staff timesheets and monthly leave records.
- Perform data entry of staff in/out movement records into the office premises register/system.
- Prepare all payments related to HR and Admin.
- Assist in the dispatch and tracking of staff medical bills and official correspondence/mails.
- Support in other HR operational tasks as required.
Job characteristics and general Mission:
- Experience with NGOs and international organizations will be preferred.
- Must be detail-oriented, organized, and responsible.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable working with filing systems, both physical and digital.
- Intermediate skills in MS Word and MS Excel are required.
- Data archiving.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to organizational HR policies and systems.
- Willing to work from the office and occasionally support field activities if required.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work under supervision as well as independently.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience in a similar capacity are encouraged to apply.
Skills:
- Language skills, Urdu and English.
- Having an experience of one years in a good Organization will be preferred. Fresh Graduates / Master degree holders
