Job Description:

 

The roles and responsibilities for this position includes but not limited to:

 

 

  • Maintain proper employee HR record (leave applications, attendance) of all district office
  • Timely submission of district office staff attendance to Head office
  • Provide administrated support in respect of provision of quality goods and meeting arrangements at district level and also provide logistic support in community events and trainings
  • Maintain stock Register for stock in and out to district store
  • Ensure all assets are tagged and are issued to concern staff and maintain record of all Fixed assets which shall be reconciled with the Head Office Fixed Asset register.
  • Ensure safe custody of fixed asset and office record that are placed at district office
  • Undertake physical verification of Fixed asset of district office.
  • Ensure log book for all district vehicles are maintained and to consolidate it on monthly basis for POL consumption report and further submission to Head Office
  • Arrange immediate repairs of vehicles in case of accidents or any other reason and ensure proper office and equipment maintenance.
  • Monitor the efficient use of equipment and supplies at District office.
  • Submit monthly district consolidated report (POL & Attendance, Procurements & other expense) to Head Office by 5th of each next month
  • Any other task assigned by the supervisor

 

Qualification & Experience

 

Master’s / Graduation degree in Finance / commerce or administration or any other related field and 3 years of relevant experience in office and HR administration management at district level

 

Note: For all district based positions, the applicants from the respective districts will be given preference.
