Brief Introduction of the Project:

Penny Appeal Pakistan (PAPK) implements community mosque construction project as part of its infrastructure development portfolio, focusing on locations where Muslim communities lack adequate facilities for worship.

This project is designed as integrated and cost-sharing initiatives, where the local community provides the land, and Penny Appeal supports the construction, design, and technical supervision to ensure quality and compliance with engineering and safety standards. Mosque serves not only as a place of worship equipped with essential amenities but also as a community learning space, offering children the opportunity to study the Qur’an and gain religious education in a safe and inclusive environment. Through this project, Penny Appeal aims to foster unity, spiritual development, and social harmony, creating spaces where communities can come together, strengthen their faith, and build collective resilience.

Under the current initiative, Penny Appeal Pakistan intends to construct one mosque in District Vehari, in collaboration with the local community and relevant stakeholders.

Invitation to Bid:

Penny Appeal is hereby inviting sealed bids from registered reputable contractors to participate in bidding for the below mentioned work, including skilled, unskilled labor & material transportation to construction/ project site.

The deadline for submission of SEALED bids is Friday, 31^st October 2025, at 5.00 pm.
