Job Description:

 

The roles and responsibilities for this position includes but not limited to:

 

  • Plan, organize, and oversee training activities across districts in line with project objectives and annual work plans.
  • Provide technical backstopping and support to District Capacity Building Officers in planning and delivering training sessions.
  • Review and finalize district-level training plans and materials developed by DCBOs to ensure quality and standardization.
  • Facilitate training-of-trainers (ToT) sessions and provide on-the-job coaching to DCBOs and field facilitators.
  • Ensure proper documentation, attendance, and evaluation of all capacity building events.
  • Maintain regular communication and coordination with District Capacity Building Officers to monitor progress and address challenges.
  • Convene periodic coordination meetings with DCBOs and District Project Coordinators to ensure alignment of activities.
  • Collect and consolidate monthly reports from District Capacity Building Officers, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Track the progress of district-level capacity building targets and suggest course corrections where necessary.
  • Document case studies, success stories, and photographs from districts for learning and reporting purposes.
  • Provide feedback to DCBOs on performance and recommend capacity enhancement actions to the Project Lead.
  • Support DCBOs in preparing training budgets and ensure timely disbursement and utilization of funds in line with financial procedures.
  • Ensure proper logistical arrangements for training events at both district and community levels.
  • Maintain records of training-related expenditures and support financial reconciliation as required.

 

Qualification & Experience

 

Master’s degree or 16 years of education in relevant field with 5 years of relevant experience in social engagement, interfaith harmony and capacity building of community based institutions
