Responsibilities
1. Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute HR strategies and initiatives that align with the organization’s overall business objectives, ensuring the right talent is in place to meet current and future needs through effective workforce planning and analysis.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior management on all human capital matters, providing strategic guidance to support organizational growth and success.
2. Talent Acquisition & Management:
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding, to attract and integrate top talent effectively.
- Develop and manage comprehensive talent management programs—encompassing performance appraisals, professional development, succession planning, and employee retention strategies—to cultivate a motivated and engaged workforce.
3. Employees’ Relationship & Culture:
- Act as the primary liaison for employee relations, addressing grievances and conflicts promptly and fairly to maintain a harmonious workplace.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting effective communication, team-building initiatives, and enforcing company policies that ensure safety, respect, and productivity.
4. Compensation & Benefits:
- Design and manage a competitive and equitable compensation and benefits structure, regularly informed by market research to attract and retain top talent.
- Oversee payroll processing and administration in close coordination with the finance department to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
5. Compliance & Reporting:
- Ensure full compliance with all local and national labor laws, regulations, and industry standards, while maintaining accurate and confidential employee records through effective management of HR information systems (HRIS).
- Prepare and present regular reports on key HR metrics to senior management to support informed decision-making.
Requirements
- Relevant Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree in a relevant field is highly desirable.
- A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, including at least 3 years in a management or leadership capacity, with a proven track record of successfully overseeing all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing comprehensive HR policies, procedures, and programs that align with organizational goals. In-depth knowledge of local and national labor laws and regulations
