About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Associate to support our medicolegal administrative operations. You will work remotely with a leading Australian medicolegal firm, assisting with scheduling conference calls, nominating treating doctors, and booking appointments. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured yet dynamic environment, is highly organized, and has strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Schedule and manage conference calls, ensuring timely communication with all participants.

Nominate treating doctors for cases and liaise with medical professionals to confirm availability.

Coordinate and book patient appointments with treating doctors, maintaining accurate records.

Manage calendars across time zones and send reminders for calls and appointments.

Maintain up-to-date records of doctors, patients, and schedules.

Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth workflow operations.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.

2–4 years of experience in administrative or healthcare administration roles (remote experience preferred).

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with scheduling tools (e.g., Outlook, Google Calendar, Zoom, Slack).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to manage sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.
