              For the Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of a 3 kW Solar Power System

Location: Nowshera Office

1. Background

The Nowshera Office intends to install a 3 kW solar photovoltaic (PV) system to ensure uninterrupted and sustainable power supply. The system will utilize high-efficiency solar panels, a hybrid inverter, lithium battery storage, and appropriate mounting and protection equipment.

2. Objectives

• To supply, install, and commission a complete 3 kW solar PV system in line with the provided specifications.
• To ensure the system delivers reliable, renewable, and cost-effective power for office operations.
• Must support 1AC (1.5 invertor), Water Dispenser, 4 LED Bulb and 2 Fans

3. Scope of Work

The Contractor shall be responsible for:

3.1 Supply of Equipment

• Solar Panels: 6 panels , optimized for a 3 kW system output).
• Mounting Structure: L2 14-gauge steel frame (4 units), weather-resistant and compatible with site conditions.
• Inverter: Itel 4 Pro KW hybrid inverter (1 unit).
• Battery Backup: Itel Lithium Power Bank (1 unit).
• Miscellaneous Materials: High-quality wiring, breakers, and protection devices.

3.2 Installation

• Secure mounting of solar panels on suitable structure (roof or ground).
• Electrical connections between panels, inverter, batteries, and load center.
• Installation of all protective devices and breakers.
• Ensuring compliance with national electrical safety standards.

3.3 Testing and Commissioning

• Performance testing under load conditions.
• Calibration and configuration of inverter settings.
• Battery charge/discharge cycle testing.
• System handover to the client with a commissioning report.

4. Deliverables

• Fully installed and operational 3 kW solar PV system.
• User manual and warranty documents for all supplied equipment.
• System design layout (single-line diagram).
• Training session for operation and maintenance.

5. Timeline

• Project commencement: Within 5 working days of contract signing.
• Installation and commissioning completion: Within 10 working days from commencement.

6. Roles and Responsibilities

Contractor: Supply, deliver, install, and test the complete system; provide training and documentation.
Client: Provide site access, confirm installation location, and facilitate necessary permits if required.

7. Warranty and Support

• Minimum 5-year warranty on solar panels.
• Minimum 2-year warranty on inverter and battery.
• Free maintenance support for the first 6 months post-installation.

8. Payment Terms

As per the agreed contract, linked to delivery and commissioning milestones.
