Federation Handicap International (HI) is an International Organization mainly working for the people with disabilities in more than 60 Countries. In Pakistan HANDICAP International, started interventions right after the earthquake of October 2005 and since continue operations in Sindh and KP Province.

Handicap International Pakistan intends to look for potential and competent suppliers/vendors/companies to submit a bid/proposal for the annual Framework Agreement (FWA) for RENTAL VEHICLE SERVICES Ref: FD-ISLA-00543. All qualified and interested Suppliers are invited to submit their proposals.

Last date for submission of Proposal is 03 February 2026 (Tuesday) before 5.30 PM

Bidder shall be regular taxpayers and shall furnish a copy of their operating license/certificate of registration valid for the fiscal year (2025-2026).
