HUMAN DEVELOPMENT FOUNDATION PAKISTAN is a non-profit organization registered under section 42 of Companies Act, 2017 of the Government of Pakistan. Using a holistic approach, HDF has been working in 05 programs including Social Capital Development, Education & Literacy, Primary Health Care, Economic Development, and Sustainable Environment to address the needs of the marginalized communities of Pakistan. HDF has been working in 40 districts across Pakistan.

 

The Human Development Foundation invites sealed bids from experienced and qualified contractors for the construction of school building in Village Gurdas Kallay – District Mardan. The project involves all necessary civil work, including structural construction and other associated works, in line with the specifications outlined in the tender documents.

 

Scope of Work: Construction of school building facility which includes.

  • Foundation, structural, and finishing work.
  • Site preparation and landscaping where applicable.

 

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Registered contractors with the relevant authorities, valid PEC Certificate up to Cat-C3.
  • Proven track record of similar construction or similar projects.
  • Compliance with local safety standards / codes.
  • Availability of skilled manpower and resources to complete the project on time.

  • Financial statement for the last three years
  • Detailed project proposal and work schedule with timeline
  • Earnest Money Deposit (Refundable) equavlient to 5% of bid value in shape of Pay Order / Bank Draft should be attached with proposal.
