Qualification:
Masters in Public Health/ Social Sciences
Relevant Experience:
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience with good writing skills.
Job Description:
- Develop & submit the annual work plan in line with the overall proposal.
- Ensure execution and reporting of all program activities as per the approved work-plan.
- Oversee the activities based on the plan and ensure their timely and effective execution as per grant and donor requirements.
- Provide appropriate feedback on field activities and take corrective actions as per IHHN management and donor guidelines
- Conduct monitoring filed visits and provide on job training/mentoring of filed staff
- Regular-on going documentation and reporting on program activities.
- Ensure capacity development of SRs and SIDs on need basis.
- Coordinate with relevant departments of the provincial and district government for effective and efficient implementation of program activities.
- Liaise with the Health department at provincial and district level for conducting activities.
- Keep updated record of all relevant activities at federal, provincial and district levels
- Maintain constant communication and coordination with all provincial and district staff.
- Represent the program at important forums as well as participate in technical working teams at national level with partners.
- Ensure proper documentation of all program activities.
- Help in developing reports for further submission to donor.
- Critically review and analyze the ongoing activities and on the basis of lessons learned and experience sharing, plan and design activities for inclusion in work plan of subsequent year.
- Any other task as assigned by the senior management.
