Aga Khan Health Service, Pakistan is looking for a seasoned and dynamic Receptionist to join its team at CHC, Mirpur Sakro in Sindh Region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit visiting clients using AKHSP’s HMIS software
- Able to deal professionally with the clients
- Maintain daily patient flow, update records and reconcile database
- Submission of cash to designated banks on daily basis
- Manage petty cash and float funds as per financial policies
- Attend calls to guide patients, book appointments, and provide relevant and correct information about the services and organization
- Responsible for facility upkeep by maintaining equipment and all assets
- Keep record of all assets and inform management about its functionality
- Maintain checklists as provided by management
- Willing to work on different sites as per organization’s requirement
- Support the facility staff in maintaining record
- Willing to work in shifts
- Provide support to management when needed
- Monitor the clients in waiting area as well as in reception area for security purposes, however, if any unpleasant situation happens then to report management in mean time
- Manage the ancillary staff deployed at center
- Ensure all equipment present in the center are calibrated
- Ensure all utility bills related to assigned facilities are paid on time
- Keep track of expenses incurred on utilities
Cash management:
- Perform Cash management including cash collection, depositing, reconciling, reporting C other cash- related activities assigned by the management.
- Timely Reconciliation and cash count on a daily basis (Daily, Weekly, Monthly).
- Custodian C management of petty-cash and float funds.
- Serve as the custodian of all fixed assets assigned to the unit, ensuring proper maintenance, record-keeping, and periodic verification of asset inventory.
- Reporting to the Finance department on functions / responsibilities related to cash management.
- To adhere to cash management guidelines and insurance limits
Qualification & Competencies:
- Intermediate or preferably Bachelors
- 1-2 Years of relevant experience, Admin experience would be preferred
- Having good interpersonal, and Communication skills
- Well versed with the use of computer and technology gadgets
