Rural Education and Economic Development Society (REEDS) is a non-governmental and non-profit organization that exists to motivate people for self-confidence for their integral development so that they can move towards a prosperous, free, equal and civilized life.
REEDS is seeking applications from potential candidates for the implementation of the project “Flood Recovery and Resilience Project, District Multan-Punjab-Pakistan” in district Multan, Punjab.
Relevant Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Sociology or Social work with at least 3 years’ experience in respective fields; experience of community mobilization in complex socio-economic environments; Familiarity with local languages and custom and tradition will be an advantage.
Job Description:
The social mobilizer is responsible for efficient, effective and timely implementation of its community mobilization component under the Project.
Will be responsible for identification of beneficiaries, selection of beneficiaries, social mobilization, organizing and facilitating training sessions.
