Position Objectives:
Under the direct supervision of the Provincial Program Manager, the position contributes to increase the capacity of PRCS Branch Staff & Volunteers to integrate protection, gender and inclusion policies and tools across program areas in order to reduce gender and diversity inequality, gender discrimination and gender- based violence. The position would provide technical support in mainstreaming Protection, Gender and Diversity analysis, considerations into all programmes and services.

Specific Duties, Responsibilities, and Accountabilities
|
- Assist AD-PGI/ PPM in mainstreaming of PGI and in consolidating efforts for PGI in response to emergencies
- Assist AD-PGI at NHQ/PPM in implementation of the PGI Minimum Standards, reduce PGI risks in the operational environment, and build sustainable local capacity.
- Support multi-sectoral needs assessments to ensure that PGI related information is collected sensitively, safely, analysed and findings are documented securely.
- Contribute to training/coaching and development of the PGI staff and volunteers at provincial level. When needed, provide support to PHQ/District PGI Focal person or volunteers in conducting capacity building activities for staff and volunteers
- Contribute to identifying PGI success stories to promote & Liaison with COM unit
- Conduct field levels conflict sensitivity analysis exercise with relevant stakeholders and ensure PRCS programmes “Do no harm” in their communities.
- Ensure data collection, gender, age and diversity analysis is done and updated regularly to respond to beneficiaries needs.
- Conduct and document gender and diversity analyses and assessments of PRCS operations and identify best practices
- Assist AD-PGI in various assessment of ongoing PRCS activities, including the identification of potential and existing strengths that can be advantage to improve access to women and girls and other marginalized groups: report will highlight lessons learned, key regional bottlenecks and potential solutions.
- Ensure hierarchy is duly and timely informed of the key activities, challenges and/or any operational developments
- Contribute to the awareness raising sessions to ensure buy-in, understanding of the concept of equality, inclusion, how it relates to project activities, impacts program and project response.
- Assist AD-PGI NHQ and PPM to support to other programs of PRCS for the assessment of PGI risks, vulnerabilities, needs and capacities to support DRR, Health and Disaster Response programming
- Contribute to updating stakeholder mapping and ensure MoM of meetings conducted are shared timely with team
- Support planning and implementation of feedback collection, response, analysis, and referral processes across all program areas.
- Guide field teams to engage communities and explain feedback channels, encourage participation, and ensure mechanisms remain accessible and inclusive for all vulnerable groups.
- Support AD-PGI NHQ /PPM and coordinate internal sharing of feedback trends to improve programme quality and guide decision-making with sectoral colleagues.
- Coordinate with field teams to update communities on actions taken, monitor feedback mechanism functionality, and recommend improvements for stronger accountability.

Education
|
- Masters/16 years of education in social sciences preferably Psychology, Sociology, Gender Studies, Social Work, Anthropology and Law.
|
|
Experience
|
- Minimum 3-4 years’ working experience in planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation. Preference will be given to a person with experience of protection, gender or inclusion program planning
- Ability to work in complex situations and capable of managing team work during emergencies
- Good command of written and spoken English and Urdu.

- Good computer skills, inclusive of Office Suite tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Good communication skills

Travelling
|
- Flexibility to travel into the fields for conduct of monitoring & other related tasks.
