The International Rescue Committee, hereinafter referred to as “the IRC”, is a non-profit, humanitarian agency that provides relief, rehabilitation, protection, resettlement services, and advocacy for refugees, displaced persons and victims of oppression and violent conflict.

It is the intent of this RFP to secure competitive proposals of select Supplier(s) for the International Rescue committee (Pakistan Country Office, located at Building, Plot No. 270, I-9/3, Islamabad) to perform Village/Street Theaters and Puppet Shows in selected districts of Sindh as per TORs (Annex-A). All qualified and interested Suppliers/Firms are invited to submit sealed technical and financial proposals.

The winning Bidder will enter an agreement/PO with IRC for the required number of performances. The term of agreement/PO may be extended further based on satisfactory performances but without any change in prices of theatre performances. Bidder shall be domiciled in and shall comply with all Government Regulations to operate in (Pakistan). Bidders shall be regular taxpayers and shall furnish a copy of their operating license/certificate of registration valid for the fiscal year (2024-2025). Bidder shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt or fraudulent practices.
