  • Content Development:

    • Create engaging marketing content for various platforms, including website, social media, and email newsletters.
    • Produce compelling articles and blog posts related to the hotel, travel, and local attractions.
    • Ensure all content is aligned with the brand voice and messaging guidelines.
  • Coordination with Marketing Agencies:

    • Collaborate with external marketing agencies to execute marketing campaigns and initiatives.
    • Provide guidance and feedback to ensure marketing materials meet brand standards and objectives.
  • SEO and Blogging:

    • Optimize the hotel website for search engines to improve visibility and organic traffic.
    • Regularly update the blog with relevant and engaging content to drive website traffic and engagement.
  • Property Visits:

    • Conduct visits to the property in Changla Gali as needed to assess marketing needs and opportunities.
    • Coordinate with on-site staff to gather content and insights for marketing purposes.
  • Social Media Marketing:

    • Manage and maintain the hotel's presence on social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
    • Develop social media campaigns to increase followers, engagement, and brand awareness.
    • Create and edit engaging reels and videos to showcase the hotel's amenities and experiences.
  • Customer Engagement:

    • Engage with customers and clients via phone calls, emails, and social media to address inquiries and feedback.
    • Foster relationships with existing and potential guests to enhance loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Decision-Making and Analysis:

    • Analyze marketing data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.
    • Make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts and maximize ROI.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in marketing.
  • Previous experience in the hotel industry is a plus.
  • Strong writing and decision-making skills.
