 Job Description:

The candidate will perform the following tasks:

  1. Assist in the planning, implementation, coordination, monitoring and reporting of all program/project activities undertaken by the organization;
  2. Contribute to the timely and effective implementation of all programs/projects while ensuring compliance with organization’s policies, process, and SOPs;
  3. Support the management in coordination operations, hiring personnel, drafting proposals, developing workplans, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining as well as updating administrative, human resource, program/project files in hard and soft, in accordance with organization’s policies;
  4. Prepare program/project related documents/writeups required by the organization from time to time;
  5. Conduct a thorough proof reading and professional editing of all documents, reports, and publications developed by the Forum;
  6. Carry out research on different areas of reproductive health, as and when required by the organization and document the findings in a brief/paper/report for record and sharing;
  7. Actively contribute in the planning, development and designing of all communication, promotional and visibility material of the organization;
  8. Create customized reports and analysis as and when needed;
  9. Support in the timely submission of all technical reports, as required by the donor and/or partners;
  10. Participate in regular program internal and external meetings;
  11. Any other task as assigned by the management.

Qualification and Experience:

  • Masters in a relevant field from a well reputed university national or international university;
  • Experience of 2-3 years in similar capacity will be preferred;
  • Exceptional writing and strong communication skills (in English language) are an absolute must;
  • Must be well versed with computer use especially with the use of MS Office;
  • Must be energetic, a team player and have an eagerness to learn and develop professionally;
  • Should possess strong work ethics and values.

Travel:

This position will be based in Islamabad and will require minimum travel.
