Job Purpose:

 

Training Coordinator responsibilities include communicating with managers to identify training needs and mapping out development plans for teams and individuals. Training Coordinators are responsible for managing, designing, developing, coordinating and conducting all training programs.

 

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and goals.
  • Develop, update, and maintain training programs and materials.
  • Schedule and coordinate training sessions, including logistical arrangements.
  • Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  • Manage training budgets and resources efficiently.
  • Maintain training records, including attendance and feedback.
  • Assist in the design and delivery of training sessions as needed.
  • Coordinate with external trainers and training vendors, as necessary.
  • Stay current with industry trends and training best practices.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of e-learning courses or platforms.
  • Keep track of certifications and licenses required for specific roles.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on training activities and outcomes.

 

Requirements

 

Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences or a related field.

Proven experience as a Training Coordinator or similar role in a corporate setting.

Strong knowledge of training and development principles.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Proficient in using training software and tools.

Detail-oriented and results-driven.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Knowledge of e-learning platforms and digital training tools.
