We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to lead the launch and ongoing management of our portal. This role requires a blend of technical acumen, content creation skills, and a deep understanding of the non-profit landscape.

Responsibilities:

• Content Development: Create, curate, and manage all published content (e.g., articles, press releases, website content, and newsletters).
• Project Management: Oversee the project from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery of all components.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with INGOs, NPOs, educational institutions, microfinance organizations, and government bodies.
• Marketing and Outreach: Develop and implement strategies to promote the platform to target audiences.
• Analytics: Monitor site metrics and user engagement, adjusting strategies as necessary to improve performance.
• Compliance and Reporting: Ensure all platform content and activities comply with legal and ethical standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, Non-Profit Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in project management, preferably in the non-profit sector or digital platform management.
• Strong writing and editorial skills, with the ability to produce engaging and informative content.
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and strategies.
• Knowledge of the non-profit sector in Pakistan is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently and manage various project elements simultaneously.
