The incumbent will be responsible for Monitoring and Evaluation all the activities related to project and assist the Project Manager throughout the implementation process.

Job Description:

1. Develop monitoring and evaluation tools and plans, including but not limited to monitoring indicators, monitoring calendars, field visits/monitoring plans, management of evaluation, and quality assurance processes related to monitoring, reporting, and evaluations.
2. Develop and update detailed Log Frame and M&E plan for smooth monitoring and evaluation.
3. Carry out monitoring visits in accordance with the project plan.
4. Manage data entry in the MIS system for the further reporting system.
5. Analyze collected data from the field for quality assurance and knowledge sharing.
6. Acts as a focal person for communication and coordinating information requests and documentation of practices for internal and external sharing.
7. Supports Programs & for the implementation of project-related meetings, training, and awareness campaigns.
8. Review monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and provide input and feedback on M&E-related observations, reporting, and tasks.
9. Coordinate with project teams at the field level to ensure that data collection and analysis from field visits are coordinated and standardized.
10. Monitor the spending of donor funds and other program expenditures and disbursements.
11. Ensure the completion and quality of results-based monitoring and reporting in compliance with the Organization's result-based monitoring system (RBMS) including the annual report of results.
12. Draft and finalize the donor reports (both narrative and financial) with inputs from the regional and core program and M&E department.
13. Identify and input relevant evaluation findings, conclusions, and recommendations into program reporting.
14. Share key lessons learned and support the team to apply results-based monitoring in their program implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting.
15. Identify and disseminate good practices, lessons, and knowledge, as identified through program implementation, monitoring, and evaluation activities.
16. Contribute to the development of capacity development tools, including training materials and packages.
17. Promote the awareness and understanding of the shared responsibility of Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) among the program team through communication, training, learning, and development activities.
18. Collect data and information to generate quality case studies.
19. Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor and higher management.
