Job Description:

1. Payments

• Checking payment vouchers and resolving discrepancies
• Monitoring the timely disbursement of payments
• Preparing Journal Vouchers related to payments.
• Monitoring and ageing of Payables.

2. Receipts

• Checking bank and cash receipt vouchers and resolving discrepancies
• Monitoring timely deposits in bank accounts.
• Monitoring and ageing of Receivables.

3. Preparing bank reconciliations statements for core and donor funded program/projects.

4. Payroll checking and preparing reconciliations for Core office and regions.

5. Preparation monthly With Holding Tax and online submission to FBR.

6. Coordination for Audit of Donor Funded projects.

7. Coordination with regional offices.

8. Extending support to program staff for preparing budgets and assisting Manager Finance with preparation of budget.

9. Analysis of trial balance to ensure complete accounting of all transactions and budgetary controls.

Relevent Experience:

1. Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, MBA or related field from HEC recognized University.
2. Minimum four years of experience in relevant field.
3. Having complete command over the subject and can narrate the subject matter as well.
4. In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes.
5. Professional attitude and excellent professional skills
6. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Access.
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
8. Ability to work at flexible hours
