A national organisation is looking for  qualified and experienced Enterprise Devekopment Trainers with a minimum 05 years experience. Both male and female trainers are requested to submit their CVs on or before 20th May 2024. The outline of the scope of work is as mentioned below:

1. Scope of Work

The consultant will undertake the following tasks

 Review Program Documents and Training Module: Conduct a detailed review of the PGP program documents and the existing training module to ensure alignment with project objectives and best practices.

Collaborate with Project Staff: Engage with IDEA's project coordinator and staff to discuss training content, scheduling, logistical arrangements, and other prerequisites for effective training delivery.

Adapt the Training Module: Customize the existing training module as needed to suit the context and learning styles of the target beneficiaries, ensuring it covers enterprise development, business management, asset management, and financial literacy.

Deliver Training Sessions: Conduct interactive training sessions in the field, ensuring participant engagement and effective knowledge transfer.

Maintain Training Records: Keep detailed records of training activities, including pre- and post-evaluations, attendance lists, and participant feedback.

Submit Training Reports: Provide a detailed training report after each session, incorporating feedback from IDEA and PPAF.

Adapt Training Based on Feedback: Adjust the training curriculum and methodology as needed, based on feedback from IDEA and participant evaluations.

2. Target Group and Training Scope

The training sessions will target 900 Afghan refugees residing in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Balochistan. The training scope includes:

36 Training Events: Conduct a total of 36 training events, with each event hosting 25-30 participants.

Separate Sessions by Gender: Conduct separate training sessions for male and female beneficiaries, with up to 40% of sessions dedicated to female beneficiaries.

Training Duration: Each training session will last three days, focusing on enterprise development, business management, asset management, and financial and functional literacy.

Geographical Coverage: Training will be held in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Balochistan, targeting Afghan refugee camps in these regions.4
