Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Vocational Trainer. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the planning, execution, and promotion of vocational training programs aimed at empowering our beneficiaries. In addition to the existing responsibilities, the role will also include:

* Provide comprehensive support in the pre-training arrangements for vocational training sessions, ensuring all necessary preparations are made to facilitate smooth and effective training delivery.

* Ensure the availability and readiness of tool kits and training materials as per the developed checklist, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

* Utilize participatory training techniques on stitching, embroidery and block printing.

* Manage the record of trainees at the center and facilitate the monitoring, evaluation, and assessment processes of trainees' progress throughout the training program with the support of LPP MER department.

* Maintain accurate records of trainee attendance for all assigned classes, ensuring compliance with attendance requirements and regulations.

* Implement strategies to achieve an overall attendance rate of 80% for assigned classes, actively engaging with trainees to promote consistent participation.

* Develop trainees' practical skills through hands-on session delivery, providing valuable learning experiences that contribute to their personal and professional growth.

* Utilize digital platforms effectively to promote vocational training programs, create engaging content for social media, manage online advertising campaigns, and analyze digital analytics to optimize marketing efforts.

* Establish and maintain partnerships with local businesses and industries to create opportunities for trainees to gain practical experience and employment upon completion of their training. Facilitate smooth transitions into the workforce by connecting trainees with potential employers and small businesses.

* Organize exhibitions or showcases to highlight the skills and achievements of trainees to potential employers, stakeholders, and the community.

* Develop catalogs or portfolios showcasing the range of skills and competencies acquired by trainees during their vocational training. Create visually appealing and informative materials to effectively communicate trainees' capabilities to potential employers or clients.
