Qualification:

• Master’s Degree (M.A. / M.Ed. / MSc) from HEC recognized institute.

Experience:

• Minimum 15 years of teaching cum administrative experience, out of which minimum 07 years as Principal in a renowned institution.

Skills:

• Excellent Communication skills, Leadership skills and Interpersonal Skills.
• Efficient administration of multifaceted operations.
• Thorough understanding of applicable national and provincial educational laws, regulations, policies, and requirements.
• Substantial experience of overseeing and managing budget and resources.
• Knowledge of best practices in education and educational administration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and direction to the College, ensuring alignment with the institution's mission.
• Oversee the development and implementation of curricula, policies and programs that meet high standards of education.
• Oversee the admissions process and ensure enrollment targets are met.
• Monitor and maintain student academic achievements, the quality of education and ensure compliance with educational standards.
• Ensure effective management of resources, including budget, facilities, equipment and technology.
• Enforce disciplinary policies and procedures with students.
• Oversee the daily management of the College.
