Position Objectives:As Head of HR, the DD HR is responsible for leading and managing all strategic and operational HR Process and procedures pertaining to all HR domains including, talent management, employee services and HR Business partnership. DD HR should ensure compliance of PRCS HR Systems and tools for a strategically aligned and consisted HR approach across the organization.

Specific Duties, Responsibilities, and Accountabilities:

The HR manager is to provide a comprehensive HR service which ensures that managers and employees are equipped with best practice to foster a high performance culture.

  •  

Managing the recruitment and selection process. Plan and conducts employee orientation sessions.

  •  

Lead on all HR Change Management initiatives along with PRCS senior Management and Concerned stakeholders.

  •  

Work in close coordination with all programs Heads at NHQ and Provincial secretariat to facilitate and ensure effective implementation of all HR Process and practices.

  •  

Develop and lead on PRCS NHQ HR Strategy and Programs aligned with overall PRCS Objective and business needs.

  •  

Maintain cordial working relationship with relevant counterparts for cross functional collaboration as required.

  •  

Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues

  •  

Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.

  •  

Nurture a positive working environment.

  •  

Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.

  •  

Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

  •  

Proactively maintains a sound working knowledge of developments in external HR policy, practice and regulation to build credibility, confidence and business insight.

Maintain healthy and empowering office environment that encourage open, honest and productive communication among PRCS staff by delivering employee engagement and communication action plans

  •  

Demonstrable ability to plan long-term, organize priorities and work under administrative and programmatic pressures with detail orientation and professional grace

  •  

Sensitivity to cultural differences and understanding of the political and ethical issues surrounding Human Resource/People & Culture management on a local/global level

  •  

Coordinate and facilitate the formulation, implementation and regular review of Human Resource Process and Practices for the PRCS

  •  

Manage a safe and secure filing system for important HR documents including personnel personal data, salary scale, payroll information, etc.

  •  

Monitor and track the implementation of performance appraisal system and any other applicable HR tools and train staff in their application.

  •  

Ensure the effective implementation and dissemination of HR procedures, policies, systems and processes assuring that the National Staff Rules and Regulations are updated and comply with the National Labour laws.

  •  

Any other task assigned by the Management.

 

Education

 

Master’s /16 Years qualification in Business Administrations from HEC recognized University/Institution.

 

 Experience

 

Minimum 07 Years of professional experience in relevant field.  

 

 

Skills / Knowledge

 

  • Very strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint is required
  • People oriented and results driven
  • Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases (HRMIS, SAP,ERP)
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the organization
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices

 

Maximum Age : Minimum 45 Years

 

Traveling:- As and When required
