Job Description

Objective:

1. Participate in the planning and implementation of IDMIS.
2. Develop appropriate forms and questionnaires for IDMIS.
3. Ensure IDMIS software is functional and used properly.
4. Record, compile, analyze and interpret health data and information.
5. Plan and conduct capacity building training relating to improved IDMIS.
6. Train health/infection diseases staff on the use of forms and case definitions.
7. Attend meetings as requested.
8. Provide accurate and updated feedback on data collection.
9. Participate in required reporting as directed by the Team Leader.
10. Provide consultation to the Ministry of Health on IDMIS.
11. All other tasks directed by Team leader.

Qualifications:

1. Degree in computer science or degree in information technology.
2. At least five years’ experience working in donor funded HMIS.
3. Working knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, and Internet).
4. Working knowledge of HMIS/IDMIS software is plus.
5. Fluency in written and spoken English.

Deliverables:

• Monthly report on the activities performed

Period of Performance and LOE The expected duration of the assignment is three (03) months with a total LOE (Level of Effort) of 60 days.
